Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This policy explains how support.centvix.com (the “Site”) handles personal data. The Site is operated by Centvix (“we”, “us”) as data controller for the processing described below.

Scope

This policy covers the Site only. Each Centvix product handles data under its own privacy policy, published on that product’s website. Our open-source repositories on GitHub are subject to GitHub’s policies.

What we do not collect

The Site is a static documentation site. It has:

  • no accounts — nothing to register for, no login;
  • no forms — we collect no name, email address or message through the Site;
  • no analytics or tracking — no measurement scripts, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no profiling;
  • no cookies — we set none, for any purpose;
  • no browser storage — we write nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage.

Documentation search runs entirely in your browser against a static index downloaded with the page. Your search terms are never transmitted to us and are not recorded anywhere.

What is processed

Delivering a website means a server sees the request. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard connection data on our behalf:

  • IP address;
  • browser user-agent string;
  • the address requested and the referring address, if any;
  • date and time of the request.

These records exist to deliver pages, keep the Site available and protect it from abuse such as denial-of-service attacks. We do not use them to identify individual visitors, we do not combine them with other data, and we do not build profiles from them.

Processing connection data rests on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and the corresponding ground under Article 5(2)(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Retention and processors

Connection records are held by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting and content-delivery provider, under Cloudflare’s retention practices and its data processing terms. Cloudflare operates a global network, so this data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye and outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards set out in Cloudflare’s own agreements and privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

The Site links to product websites, code repositories and other external resources. Once you follow such a link, the destination’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data.

Your rights

Under the KVKK and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask us whether we process your personal data; request access to it; ask for correction of inaccurate data, or its erasure; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

To exercise a right, write to info@centvix.com. Note that because the Site collects no identifying information from you, we normally hold nothing that would let us link a connection record to you as an individual; we may therefore be unable to act on a request without additional information from you.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change — for example, if we ever introduce analytics. The version published here is the one in force, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
