Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These terms govern your use of support.centvix.com (the “Site”), the documentation and support hub operated by Centvix (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Scope

These terms cover the Site and its content only. Each Centvix product is governed by its own terms of service, subscription agreement or open-source licence, published on that product’s own website or code repository. Nothing here replaces, amends or overrides those agreements. Where a product’s own terms and these terms conflict, the product’s terms prevail for that product.

The documentation is informational

We publish this documentation to help you use our products, and we try to keep it accurate. Even so, it is provided for information only. We do not guarantee that any article is complete, current or free of error, and we may change, move or remove content at any time without notice. Product behaviour may differ from what a given article describes.

Documentation is not a contractual commitment. Reading about a capability here does not create an entitlement to that capability, a service level, a support obligation or a delivery date.

What you may do

You may read, download and print the documentation for your own use, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution to Centvix and a link to the source page. Sharing links to articles is always welcome.

What you may not do

You may not:

  • use automated means to access the Site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, or that circumvents technical restrictions;
  • republish substantial portions of the documentation as your own work, or in a way that suggests Centvix endorses or authored your material;
  • remove or obscure copyright, trademark or attribution notices;
  • present modified documentation as the official version;
  • use the Site to distribute malware or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system.

Intellectual property

The content of the Site — text, images, layout and design — belongs to Centvix or its licensors and is protected by copyright. “Centvix” and the product names shown on the Site are our trademarks.

Source code for our open-source projects is licensed separately, under the licence published in each project’s repository. That licence governs the code; it does not extend to the documentation on this Site.

The Site links to external resources, including code repositories and product websites. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and the destination’s own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Centvix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including loss of data, profit or business, or damage caused by reliance on a documentation article. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site changes. The version published here is the one in force, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
